Cedar Beverages Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies your rights under the ACL. Consumer Guarantees

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods:

  • are faulty or defective
  • are not as described or pictured
  • are not fit for their intended purpose
  • have a major failure

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including incorrect selection, over-ordering, or no longer requiring the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Evidence such as photographs and order details may be required.

Assessment & Remedies

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL requirements. For major failures, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Returns Process

Goods must not be returned without prior approval. Where a return is approved, instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the fault is ours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
